The 2023 Paper Planes Valdiguié comes from dry farmed, head trained vines in the Suisun Valley AVA. Native yeast fermentation, 50% whole cluster and manually pressed.
After aging in neutral French Oak barrels for 10 months, the result is an electric wine that reminds us of lasers, sour patch watermelon, and dancing with friends.
