The 2025 Paper Planes Valdiguié comes from dry farmed, head trained vines in the Suisun Valley AVA. Native yeast fermentation, 50% whole cluster and manually pressed.
After aging in neutral French Oak barrels for 10 months, the result is a rich and electric wine that reminds us of lasers, rich bright berries, and dancing with friends. Serve cellar temp or slightly chilled for a vibrant red that pairs with everything from a summer salad to spicy noodles.
