The 2024 Paper Planes Valdiguié comes from dry farmed, head trained vines in the Suisun Valley AVA. Native yeast fermentation, 50% whole cluster and manually pressed.
After aging in neutral French Oak barrels for 10 months, the result is a rich and electric wine that reminds us of lasers, rich bright berries, and dancing with friends.
With only 36 cases produced, this is wine is reserved for our club members and is sure to go quickly!
