2022 Paper Planes Rosé (Library)

We've always believed that great rosés can age just like white wines, and we've held on to a bit of our 2022 rosé to re-release and showcase how the secondary flavors develop after a few years in bottle. 

Our rosé is always fresh, crisp, and lively, with exceptional texture not found in most rosés. The 2022 vintage is proof that this wine only gets better with a little bit of time - and the re-release is showing beautiful notes of honey alongside the original notes of freshly picked raspberries and white flowers. It's simultaneously tart and fresh while also being substantial and complex with a long finish.
