The 2025 vintage brings our first ever white wine to the Paper Planes party! Assyrtiko originally hails from the volcanic slopes of Santorini. Our Assyrtiko is grown just over the hill from Napa in Suisun Valley. We love this wine for it’s beautiful minerality and tropical fruit aromas that transport us to a sun-drenched mediterranean beach.
Picked early, whole cluster pressed and fermented in neutral French oak for texture and balance, this white is sure to be a new staple in the Paper Planes lineup.
