Everyone's favorite Pet Nat is back!
Made from Pinot Noir grapes from the 2024 vintage, our Pet Nat was natively fermented with no sulphur added and bottled before primary fermentation was complete on October 2nd. Disgorged and hand labeled a year later and released in Decembr 2025
With bright acidity and a pale color almost reminiscent of a white wine, this sparkling wine is a party in a bottle.
Only twenty cases produced, this limited wine will sell out quickly!
