After a two year hiatus our club member favorite Pet Nat is back!
Made from Pinot Noir grapes from the 2023 vintage, our Pet Nat was natively fermented with no sulphur added and bottled before primary fermentation was complete on October 2nd. Disgorged and hand labeled eight months later in June 2024.
With bright acidity and a pale color almost reminiscent of a white wine, this sparkling wine is a party in a bottle.
Only twenty cases produced, this limited wine is available only in three packs and will sell out quickly!
