How we made it:
The Pinot noir grapes were hand-picked from the Windsor Oaks Vineyard in the Russian River Valley and brought into the winery in August of 2021. The grapes were mostly de-stemmed with partial whole cluster co-fermented. After a quick two week fermentation, we pressed off the juice to five neutral oak barrels and aged it for 9 months before bottling.
